Vibekshetra is primarily a digital platform. Most services and products are delivered instantly via email or through your account dashboard upon successful payment.
Digital Products
For digital products, including software licenses, course materials, and subscription access:
- Delivery Method: Access is granted automatically to your account or sent via email.
- Timing: Instant delivery immediately after purchase confirmation.
- Issues: If you do not receive access within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact support.
Physical Merchandise
If you purchase physical merchandise (e.g., swag, hardware kits) from our store, the following terms apply:
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
