Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Goods

Vibekshetra provides digital credits for AI generation and tournament entry fees. Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once credits have been purchased and added to your wallet.

2. Exceptions

We may offer a refund in the following specific cases:

• Technical Failure: If a payment was charged but credits were not added to your account due to a technical error on our end.
• Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction.

3. Tournament Cancellations

If a tournament you entered is cancelled by the organizer or Vibekshetra, your entry fee (credits) will be fully refunded to your Vibekshetra wallet automatically.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a failed transaction, please email rishabhkr194@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction with your Transaction ID. We will review your request and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.
