Welcome to Vibekshetra ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, AI builder services, and tournament platform (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Virtual Credits & Payments

• Credits: Our Service uses a virtual currency ("Credits") for AI generations and tournament entries. Credits have no real-world monetary value outside of our platform.
• Purchases: All purchases of Credits are processed securely via Razorpay. By initiating a transaction, you agree to pay the specified price and any applicable taxes.
• No Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the code and projects you generate using our AI tools. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to host, run, and display your projects for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., in the Tournament Showcase).

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to generate malicious code, spam, or content that violates any laws or regulations.
